Garage Floor Epoxy Coating

This project involved restoring a garage floor that had over 20 years of wear and heavy use. We began by thoroughly cleaning the concrete using professional cleaning solutions and a pressure washer. Areas contaminated with oil and grease were scrubbed with wire brushes to remove surface contamination and ensure proper adhesion. After allowing the concrete to dry completely, we returned to repair all visible cracks and damaged areas before preparing the surface for coating. Once the repairs had fully cured, we applied a premium two-part epoxy coating, broadcast decorative vinyl flakes across the entire floor, and returned the following day to apply a durable clear protective topcoat. The finished floor is highly resistant to stains, chemicals, moisture, and daily wear while giving the garage a clean, modern appearance.
